Full-Time | On-Site | Engineering & Technical Recruitment

This is an exciting opportunity to become the first employee in a specialized search firm focused on engineering, manufacturing, and industrial automation roles across North America. You’ll work directly with me (the founder) and play a key role in helping expand the business.

This is a full-time, in-office position, so candidates must be located in the Toronto area and available to work on-site. We're looking for someone who is driven, professional, and comfortable with both recruitment and business development activities—including making outbound sales calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients
• Conduct outbound outreach to generate new business opportunities and job orders
• Write compelling job descriptions, outreach messages, and candidate summaries
• Maintain accurate and organized records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Stay informed on market trends and client needs in technical and engineering industries
• Represent the company professionally in all communications

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or B2B sales is an asset
