Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Manager to drive high-profile pursuits, manage EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs, and mentor the team. You will coordinate content with cross-functional groups, ensure compliance, and refine processes to improve win potential.

The role reports to the Proposal Team Manager and supports continuous improvement. The position is based in Canada, with opportunities in Edmonton or Calgary, and involves collaborating with Marketing and Technology to enhance proposal

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years in proposals, marketing, or project coordination/management.
3+ years focused on writing and coordinating proposals.
Proven ability to lead high-profile proposals in construction, incl. private and public procurement.
Strong background in business development and marketing within the AEC sector.
Experience managing multiple proposals with tight deadlines.
Deep understanding of EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and compliance standards.
Advanced writing and editing skills to produce persuasive content.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office to create brand-aligned proposals.
Experience with SharePoint, Box, Salesforce, Teams.
Mentoring and onboarding junior team members.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate full proposal lifecycle for EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with project goals.
Conduct compliance reviews and contribute to strategic messaging and narrative development.
Tailor content to client needs and evaluation criteria.
Mentor proposal team members and provide onboarding.
Maintain and enhance the proposal content library.
