Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Proposal Manager to lead high-profile pursuits and manage complex proposals under tight deadlines in Edmonton or Calgary, AB.

You will develop EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs aligned with Ledcor’s brand while guiding cross-functional teams to craft compliant, compelling submissions. Reporting to the Proposal Team Manager, you will mentor junior staff, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement across templates, tools, and content to boost

Qualifications

• 6+ years in proposals, marketing, communications, or project coordination/management.
• 3+ years writing and coordinating proposals for complex pursuits.
• Experience leading high-profile proposals in construction and with private/public procurement models (P3/Design-Build).
• Background in business development and marketing within the AEC sector.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals with strict deadlines.
• Advanced writing/editing to translate complex info into client-focused content.
• Proficient in visual design and publishing to create brand-aligned proposals.
• Experience with SharePoint, Box, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate full proposal lifecycle for EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align proposal content with project goals.
• Conduct compliance reviews and contribute expertise in messaging, content planning, and narrative development.
• Tailor proposal content to client needs and evaluation criteria.
• Mentor and onboard junior team members.
• Lead or support high-profile pursuits with content review and best practices.
• Maintain and enhance the proposal content library for accuracy and brand alignment.
• Drive process improvements with Marketing and Technology to boost impact.
• Analyze outcomes and share lessons learned across the team.
