Job summary

JLR seeks a Senior Proposal Coordinator to join our Marketing group in Ottawa or North Bay. You will own the proposal process from opportunity launch through submission, coordinating schedules, reviews, approvals, and final delivery to keep teams focused and moving forward.

Collaborate with technical experts and business leaders to translate complex requirements into concise, client-focused stories, ensure compliance, and leverage AI-enabled tools to raise proposal quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the proposal process from opportunity launch through submission, coordinating schedules, reviews, approvals, and final delivery.
• Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and other solicitation documents; translate complex requirements into compliant matrices, action plans, outlines and production schedules.
• Plan and facilitate kickoff, strategy, status, and review meetings to create alignment and momentum across multi-disciplinary pursuit teams.
• Write and tailor high-impact proposal content including team bios, project experience, and non-technical narratives; transform technical input into client-friendly stories.
• Coordinate contributors, monitor progress, follow up on commitments, and proactively flag risks or roadblocks affecting quality or deadlines.
• Review draft and final submissions for compliance, accuracy, tone and visual quality, ensuring alignment with JLR standards.
• Explore approved digital and AI-enabled tools to improve research, content development, coordination and quality while maintaining sound judgement.
• Participate in debriefs and lessons learned to strengthen processes for future submissions.
