Allnorth is seeking a Senior Proposal Specialist to lead high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals supporting business growth. You will collaborate with technical teams, business development, and leadership to manage pursuits and deliver polished client-focused submissions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.

Qualifications

5–8+ years of proposal development, bid management, or related experience.
Experience within engineering, consulting, or professional services environments preferred.
Strong writing, editing, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
Experience with Adobe InDesign or similar tools considered an asset.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Experience using AI tools to support content development and research is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate proposal submissions, including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
Manage the proposal lifecycle from planning and kickoff through final submission.
Review bid documents to identify requirements, risks, and opportunities.
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to develop compelling submissions.
Write, edit, and refine proposal content for clarity, quality, and consistency.
