Job summary

Altis Recruitment is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a prestigious Class A commercial office portfolio in downtown Toronto. You will lead operations, build relationships with institutional tenants and executive stakeholders, and ensure exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires deep commercial real estate expertise, strong communication, and hands-on leadership to mentor teams, manage budgets, and drive capital projects while upholding sustainability

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive commercial property management experience.
• Experience with Class A assets and large institutional properties.
• Strong leadership and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to manage operating budgets and capital expenditures.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with executives.
• Familiarity with ESG initiatives and sustainability programs.
• Knowledge of leasing, facilities management, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple Class A office buildings.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor property operations and maintenance teams.
• Build relationships with ownership groups, tenants, and executives.
• Drive capital projects and tenant improvements.
• Champion preventive maintenance and building certifications (BOMA BEST, LEED, ENERGY STAR).
