Canterra Executive Search is partnering with one of Toronto’s leading real estate developers and owner-operators to identify an experienced Senior Property Manager for a portfolio of premier high-rise Class A residential rental properties across the Vaughn and Toronto.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Residential Rental Property Management Professional to join a highly respected, vertically integrated real estate organization with an extensive portfolio and 70 years of

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive residential property management experience.
Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and Tarion.
Experience with high-rise residential rental properties.
Post-secondary education.
Buildium experience considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across an assigned residential rental portfolio.
Lead, mentor, and support Property Management Coordinators and team members.
Coordinate and oversee resident move-ins, move-outs, and suite turnover.
Manage resident service requests and coordinate contractors and third-party service providers.
Conduct pre-delivery, 30-day, mid-lease, and ongoing suite inspections.
Ensure properties and suites are maintained to a high standard.
Support operational planning, administration, and portfolio initiatives.
Work closely with the Director of Operations and broader management team.
