This onsite role focuses on daily administrative, operational and financial tasks within property management, with cross-training across AR, billing and recoveries to meet business priorities.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of commercial property administration, strong knowledge of leases, and experience with Yardi and MS Office.

Senior Property Administrator, Property Management & Revenue Support
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Property Administrator to support our Property Management team and commercial real estate portfolio across the Greater Toronto Area.
The primary focus of this position will be supporting the day-to-day administrative, operational and financial requirements of the Property Management team. This is a multifunctional role that will also be cross-trained to support Accounts Receivable, Billing and Recoveries, providing flexibility to work across functions based on business priorities, team coverage, workload and special projects.
This position is ideal for an experienced commercial Property Administrator with a strong understanding of property operations and tenant administration who is interested in expanding their knowledge of the financial and accounting functions supporting commercial property management.
The successful candidate will become a dependable resource across both Property Management and revenue-related functions, with Property Management remaining the primary area of responsibility.
The objective is to develop a versatile team member who understands the relationship between lease administration, property operations, tenant billing, accounts receivable and recoveries and can provide knowledgeable support across these functions as business needs evolve.
