Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Montreal, Canada is seeking a Project Scheduler to support planning, monitoring and control of the execution schedule for a major transportation infrastructure program.

You will develop, maintain and integrate schedules for engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, testing and handover, work with project teams, prepare progress reports and dashboards, and ensure compliance with project standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project scheduling experience in heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies (CPM, baseline management).
• Proven Primavera P6 expertise for project analysis.
• Experience in multidisciplinary environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate multiple schedules into a unified master schedule.
• Manage critical interfaces and the project critical path.
• Prepare schedule analyses, what-if scenarios, dashboards, KPIs.
• Lead schedule governance, baselines, and change control.
• Support with progress reporting, earned value, and forecast updates.
