ALSTOM Gruppe in Saint-Bruno, QC, seeks a Project Planner to manage schedules, analyze risks, and support decision-making in a hybrid, multi-site setting. You will consolidate reference schedules, identify critical paths, and interact with engineering, procurement, and management teams to ensure alignment and data quality.

The role requires an engineering degree, strong planning experience, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree is required; ability to work in an international, multi-site, matrix organization.
• Proven experience in project planning in industrial environments (engineering, construction, transport, energy, etc.).
• Proficiency with planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project; strong Excel data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of project management principles and planning methods.
• Fluency in French and English; capable of working in multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, structure, and maintain project schedules in line with the plan and internal standards.
• Ensure regular updating of schedules from field data and input from project participants.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate progress data (physical and calendar).
• Analyze schedule deviations and identify risks for corrective action.
• Prepare planning reports and performance indicators per project requirements.
• Participate in periodic schedule reviews and steering committees.
• Monitor deviations and proactively alert core project teams.
