Job summary

Siemens Mobility Canada seeks a Project Scheduler to support planning, monitoring, and control of the delivery schedule for a major transportation infrastructure program. You will develop and maintain schedules covering engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Fluent in French and English, you will collaborate with project teams, customers, and suppliers across Canada, prepare reports and dashboards, and ensure adherence to project standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in project scheduling on large-scale projects.
• Fluent in French and English (oral and written).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related discipline.
• PM Certification (PMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate master schedules across subcontracts and design.
• Update schedules and monitor critical path and interfaces.
• Coordinate with management, engineering, and customers.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Conduct delay analyses and Time Impact Analysis.
