Job summary

Stantec is leading the construction scheduling for the Blue Line extension in Montreal, a long-term metro infrastructure project. The role supports the integrated project team and client STM, managing complex schedules in a hybrid work setting across project office and site locations.

You will leverage Primavera and MS Project, prepare executive-level reports, and ensure safety compliance with ASP on site. Excellent French writing and travel flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in project planning and control during the implementation phase (MEO) in infrastructure-related fields.
• University degree in administration or engineering, or relevant experience in construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera scheduling software.
• Experience preparing executive-level reports or presentations.
• Excellent French writing skills.
• ASP safety card required for construction site access.

Responsibilities

• Manage the multidisciplinary Implementation Schedule (MEO) for the project.
• Collaborate with the client STM and integrated project team on long-term metro infrastructure deliverables.
