Job Description

Mission

Join our project management team and contribute to our success in developing our expertise. We are seeking a senior project planner to act as a consultant to our multidisciplinary project team and clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare master and detailed schedules, including resources, and establish reference planning.
• Evaluate project progress, update detailed and master schedules, integrate changes, analyze impacts, and communicate with managers.
• Determine and analyze the critical path and propose solutions to optimize the client’s schedule.
• Prepare earned value analyses and presentations, including key indicators (IPD and CPI), and communicate project progress, risks, and action items to clients and the project team.
• Review contractors’ schedules and validate milestones against contractual requirements and project objectives.
• Participate in the risk management strategy related to scheduling.
• Work with the project team to plan and implement work.

Qualifications

• Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or the Ordre des architectes du Québec (OAQ), or training in planning, management, or finance.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years’ experience in planning major construction projects.
• Excellent command of planning software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Availability to work in the client’s project office.
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
