Responsibilities:
  • Execute planning activities such as preparing schedules, maintaining programs (EPM, Interal, Winprod, Elogbook, etc.), coordinating special requests, meeting targets, and evaluating risks to support decision-making.
  • Schedule work on equipment based on project targets, resource availability, and equipment downtime, maximizing work completed during outages.
  • Coordinate with the planning team on equipment movements and transfers between centres for project needs, and with Methods and Production for sequencing operations and ensuring tasks are completed.
  • Participate in production meetings to identify targets and slippages, develop and communicate deviation and recovery plans.
  • Develop performance reports to support department objectives, maintaining up-to-date equipment follow-up information and spreadsheets tracking equipment status across various locations and conditions.
  • Plan and coordinate modifications as required by Engineering.
  • Coordinate with Production, Control Centre, and planning teams on equipment movements and transfers.
  • Coordinate with the Controller on sequencing equipment entries into maintenance centres to ensure work completion.
Requirements:
  • University degree in operations management, administration, engineering, or +5 years of experience in a production environment, including 1-2 years in planning.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, WinProd.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions and MS Project.
  • Bilingual (oral and written).
  • Strong decision-making skills and adaptability to fast-paced work environments.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
