About the Planning Team: The team focuses on building a data-driven planning experience that enables precise campaign forecasting and alignment with actual outcomes. We facilitate easier campaign planning with benchmarks and political district targeting.

Recent projects include map visualization for geographic targeting, developing new vertical-specific features, and integrating AI tools like Ivy to enhance product support. We are expanding to support industry-specific strategies and automating sales processes through key integrations to streamline workflows.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Advising on pragmatic technical solutions to promote engineering excellence and developer satisfaction
• Creating actionable, iterative plans for effective solutions
• Architecting scalable APIs, component libraries, and backend systems aligned with company goals
• Collaborating with Data Science, Product, Design, and engineering teams to solve impactful technical challenges
• Managing technical debt to meet business needs efficiently
• Mentoring team members and upholding best practices through code and tech review
• Identifying performance bottlenecks and system issues, proposing solutions
• Contributing significantly to critical projects delivering customer value

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of experience developing high-performance web applications with excellent UX
• Experience working closely with Product & Design on end-to-end product development
• Knowledge of full-stack technologies like React, Typescript, GraphQL, Ruby on Rails, and Go is preferred
• Experience with test-driven development and relational databases
• Ability to analyze and optimize web application performance
• Skill in simplifying complex problems
• Experience with large-scale Ruby on Rails projects and visualization libraries
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• AdTech industry experience is a plus
