Position Overview

We are recruiting a Senior Project Planner for our Projects team in Mississauga, ON. Reporting to the Planning Manager, the Senior Project Planner will establish and maintain project schedules to support management and reporting on project activities accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

1. Create, implement, and maintain project schedules.
2. Coordinate inputs from engineering, procurement, contracts, project, and construction teams to develop detailed and accurate project schedules.
3. Assist Business Development with proposal and tender schedules.

Qualifications

1. Engineering qualification or extensive experience in engineering, EPC, EPCM, or construction fields.
2. Minimum of 5 years industry experience.
3. Experience interpreting study-level drawings, equipment lists, and data to prepare initial project schedules.
4. Proven ability to establish project schedules, including resourcing, logic sequencing, and duration estimation across all project phases.
