Summary

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead various projects (Transformation, New Product Introduction, New Tool Introduction, Tool and/or Process Enhancements, Non-Standard Complex Solutions, etc.) to drive growth, optimization, and exceptional customer service. Within the BBM Managed Services and Security Transformation team, you will be involved in the Always Get Better (AGB) program to enhance customer experience using new technologies, automation, and AI. The role requires working with IT and Business experts in an agile environment, contributing as an epic owner in the SAFe Agile framework, and collaborating with stakeholders to define epics and manage change effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage capital-funded strategic projects and local initiatives, including budget, timeline, and scope.
2. Work with senior resources to define project scope and prepare necessary documentation.
3. Set project timelines and schedule deliverables.
4. Lead and collaborate on business case elaboration to support project scope and investments.
5. Manage change, stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans.
6. Facilitate work sessions, focus groups, and design thinking workshops.
7. Document reviews, meetings, and action items.
8. Prepare and present updates to executives on project scope, progress, and issues.
9. Ensure quality standards and project completion on time, within scope, and budget.
10. Monitor timelines and costs, report variances, and escalate issues as needed.
11. Identify and disclose risks and roadblocks, suggesting solutions.
12. Own strategic initiatives and funded projects, ensuring successful delivery.
