Senior Project Manager - REMOTE

What you’ll do:

As part of our Project Management Office, you will be responsible for leading teams to deliver projects that support our cloud, managed services, and modernization activities.

Successful candidates will have good business acumen, strong communication skills, customer service experience, and project/service delivery experience. A background in both Project and Program Management is preferred.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Own projects from initiation to client and support handoff.
• Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure they are aligned with and directly support the achievement of our strategic client objectives.
• Develop, execute, monitor, and adjust project plans, estimates, resources plans, and implementation strategy to meet the needs of project stakeholders, and to ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet clients' and stakeholders' expectations.
• Communicate with project stakeholders to determine project goals, success criteria, and objectives.
• Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution discussions.
• Provide status reports regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to executives.
• Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals.
• Define and continually manage success criteria and project expectations, while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
• Address challenges and develop recommendations and solutions to successfully resolve project issues.
• Report on the status and progress of the given project to the Fresche executive team as it is being reported to the client.
• Continuously introduce positive change.
• Provide leadership for project team members by building relationships with and motivating team members to meet project goals.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and manage their expectations for service delivery.
• Perform risk management planning, risk identification, and mitigation.

What you bring:

• 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• Expert skills with MS Project and PowerPoint (or similar tools).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
• Legally authorized to work in US or Canada.

• Background with the IBM i platform.
• Experience with Salesforce, Confluence, and Jira.
