Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead projects for our enterprise clients. You will analyze requirements, develop designs, and implement cloud-based solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate is experienced with diverse customer sizes, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is confident with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

1. Manage project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure timely delivery.
2. Drive implementation of AI and digital solutions.
3. Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships.
4. Lead regular project status meetings with stakeholders.
5. Support client presentations during various project phases.
6. Manage CRM and AI software projects, ensuring effective integration.
7. Coordinate IT teams to align business requirements with technical design.
8. Assess business impacts at each project stage.
9. Act as Agile Scrum Master, guiding SDLC processes.
10. Bring energy and enthusiasm to the team daily.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Experience in professional services or consulting environments.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing Salesforce projects as a PM or Scrum leader.
• Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master preferred.
• Salesforce or AI solution delivery experience, including blueprinting and implementation.
• Salesforce Admin certification with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud expertise.
