About The Role

We’re seeking a Project Manager – Technical Lead to join our dynamic Operations Automation team. You’ll lead the development of intelligent automation solutions that streamline and transform core business processes across banking, wealth, and collections. You’ll work with tools like UiPath, Python, and PowerApps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver automation projects from concept to deployment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end automation projects: feasibility, design, development, testing, deployment.
• Translate business needs into scalable, technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using RPA and Python.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Evaluate new technologies and their impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Apply best practices in SDLC, TDD, and release management.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years in software development and technical leadership.
• 5+ years with UiPath, Python, and automation platforms.
• Experience with RPA, scripting, testing, system integration.
• Expertise in SDLC, TDD, troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
