Job summary

Bevertec seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives in the banking sector. You will drive delivery across initiation, execution, and post-production support, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of direct PM experience in banking tech, strong familiarity with Core Banking, and proficiency with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct project management experience within banking technology, fintech, or financial services
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects from initiation through post-production support.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities and demanding delivery schedules.
• Good knowledge of Core Banking.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory compliance, client approvals, production readiness, and governance within regulated environments.
• Experience working with international or multi-jurisdictional financial institutions.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycles, implementation methodologies, deployment practices, and production support.
• Experience delivering projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or equivalent project management platforms.
• Experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to improve project delivery is considered an asset.
• Professional proficiency in French or Spanish
• Williness to travel internationally as required.

• 5+ years of direct project management experience within banking technology, fintech, or financial services. (MUST HAVE)
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects from initiation through post-production support.
