Job summary

Addmore Group is seeking an IT Project Manager (Digital / AI) to lead strategic technology initiatives across the organization from Montreal or GTA. The role focuses on AI use cases, SaaS implementations, digital platform deployments and automation projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate 20+ resources, report to senior leadership, and drive business transformation while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT project delivery experience
• 3–5 years leading full delivery lifecycle
• Experience managing budgets over $1M
• PMP or Prince II certification beneficial
• SCRUM Master certification or experience in agile environments
• Experience delivering large projects or programs with complex delivery
• Experience managing multiple system integrators
• Experience delivering AI use cases
• Ability to manage 20+ resources and collaborate at all levels
• Manufacturing/CPG domain experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Our client has an opportunity for an IT Project Manager (Digital / AI specialization)

Overview Of The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic global team in a company leveraging technology, data, digital solutions, and artificial intelligence to innovate, modernize, and create value across the organization. You will be expected to lead through influence, bring teams together, and drive the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives. You will plan, manage, and deliver a wide variety of high impact IT projects across the organization, with a focus on major AI use case delivery, SaaS implementations, digital platform deployments, process automation, data-driven solutions, and business transformation initiatives across global divisions.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing environments (Consumer Packaged Goods preferred) or related industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; ability to provide updates to Director and VP levels; adept at building relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Experience reporting to and working with senior management and steering committees with stakeholders in IT and the Business
• Strong Business Acumen
• Experience managing Projects end to end from Initiation to Project Closure. This would include building Project Plans, Managing Resources, forecasting project budgets over $1M, tracking actuals, leading Steering Committees etc.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum (i.e. PMP, Prince II)
• SCRUM Master certification or successful completion of projects in hybrid or agile environments (asset)
• A minimum of 8 years of total IT project delivery experience, of which 3-5 years include leading full delivery lifecycle as well as managing a diverse team
• Experience delivering large projects or programs with complex application delivery
• Experience managing multiple system integrators
• Experience managing a global Deployment is an asset
• Experience delivering AI Use Case from Minimal Viable Product to full scale deployment (asset)
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a delivery team
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate 20+ shared resources and collaborate at all levels. Strong people management skills including delegation, motivation, coaching, and conflict management capabilities.
• Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced project environment with interdependencies spanning multiple work-streams, teams, business divisions, geographies, time zones, & languages.
• Experience managing packaged software and SaaS implementation methodologies. Cross functional exposure, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain and HR/Payroll are assets
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, MS Project Professional and Excel) and SharePoint.
• French/English bilingual competency is an asset
• Product management knowledge or working experience is an asset.
