Senior Project Coordinator – High-Rise & Mid-Rise Residential

Location: Calgary, AB

Salary: Up to $110,000 per year (depending on experience)

Our client, a reputable and growing real estate developer in Calgary, is currently seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join their team. With multiple high-rise and mid-rise residential projects under development, this role is an exciting opportunity to be part of landmark builds from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Senior Project Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the internal construction team, site staff, consultants, and trades to ensure smooth day-to-day project operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Change order review and cleanup
• Schedule tracking and milestone monitoring
• Work-in-progress (WIP) reporting
• Contract and tender document reviews
• Trade follow-up and RFI coordination
• Site instruction preparation and distribution

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking someone with a background in either multi-family residential or commercial construction, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to develop a deep understanding of the full construction cycle.

• 3+ years of experience in a construction or development environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working with drawings, contracts, and construction schedules
• Experience liaising with trades, consultants, and site teams
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
