This role is critical to our success—you’ll act as the bridge between Engineering, Sales, and Project Delivery, keeping everything on track and driving real results. We don’t do rigid processes or unnecessary bureaucracy—you’ll build, solve, and lead every day.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate effectively across all levels—from engineers to executives
• Adapt your leadership style to align teams and stakeholders
• Coordinate clients, engineers, sales, and leadership to keep projects moving
• Own project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and reporting
• Anticipate roadblocks and act before they become problems
• Balance competing priorities and drive capacity planning
• Partner with domain experts (BAs, SMEs) to deliver strategic project decisions
