As a Senior Project Manager within the Corporate Project Management Office (PMO) team, your role centers on strategic and collaborative engagement with the business to drive the successful delivery of projects with measurable outcomes. Leading intricate projects incorporating operating mode, capabilities, structure and performance improvement in alignment with the enterprise objectives, you will exercise project leadership to support strategic initiatives spanning various business areas and operations teams.
Your responsibilities extend beyond the conventional project management metrics of being on time, on budget, and on schedule. You are accountable for aligning projects with the desired business outcomes, ensuring they contribute meaningfully to organizational goals. This involves working closely with the business to define project outcomes, overseeing timely project completion, and implementing robust measurement mechanisms to gauge results.
Thriving in an environment of informal authority, you excel in leveraging relationships and influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels. Your adept problem-solving skills enable you to navigate conflicts, steering them toward mutually beneficial resolutions without formal escalation.
