Job Description:

Dentsu programmatic is shaping the future of programmatic advertising and is looking for the next rising star to join the team. We seek a proactive individual who works well in a team environment and demonstrates leadership qualities. As a Senior Buyer, Programmatic, you will own account management, planning, setup, and activation of programmatic campaigns for your portfolio of clients. You will collaborate closely with your team to service various client teams within the agency. Your daily responsibilities include campaign planning, oversight of setup, optimization, reporting, and ensuring the achievement of client objectives. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective time management, with a primary focus on leading your team and working with clients to deliver superior programmatic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, leading a team of specialists and traders.
  • Lead discussions on potential campaigns and participate in new campaign briefings, including assisting with RFP creation.
  • Manage campaigns from inception to completion — including briefing, planning, platform setup, go-live, and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate communication of media plan requirements to relevant teams and proper entry into platforms.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners such as planners and media vendors.
  • Provide leadership on post-launch audits, campaign optimization, and pacing.
  • Address and resolve challenges or opportunities during live campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in programmatic advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360, Amazon, Teads, and The Trade Desk.
  • Knowledge of tagging, ad serving, and campaign management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Desire for continuous learning and development.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Leadership ability and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
