Job Description:

Dentsu programmatic is shaping the future of programmatic advertising and is looking for the next rising star to join the team. We seek a proactive individual who works well in a team environment and demonstrates leadership qualities. As a Senior Buyer, Programmatic, you will own account management, planning, setup, and activation of programmatic campaigns for your portfolio of clients. You will collaborate closely with your team to service different client teams within the agency. Your daily responsibilities include campaign planning, oversight of setup, optimization, and reporting to meet client objectives. A successful candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and time management skills, with a primary goal of leading your team and working closely with client teams to deliver a superior programmatic offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • P rovide oversight of programmatic campaigns across various platforms to a team of specialists and traders
  • Lead discussions about potential campaigns and attend new campaign briefings, including assisting with RFP creation
  • Manage campaigns from start to finish — from initial briefings, planning, platform setup, to go-live and post-reporting
  • Ensure all media plan requirements are correctly communicated and accurately entered in platforms
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, including planners and media partners
  • Provide leadership on post-launch audits, campaign optimizations, and pacing
  • Address and resolve challenges or opportunities within live campaigns

Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years of programmatic experience
  • Experience with DSPs such as DV360, Amazon, Teads, & The Trade Desk
  • Understanding of tagging, ad serving, and campaign management tools
  • Strong problem-solving and critical analysis skills
  • Desire to learn and develop continuously
  • Aptitude for building and maintaining strong working relationships
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to lead a team and strong attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Additional Information:

The salary range for this position is $70k-$75k, based on experience, knowledge, and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, among others.
