Job Description:

Dentsu programmatic is shaping the future of programmatic advertising and is looking for the next rising star to join the team. We seek a proactive individual who works well in a team environment and demonstrates leadership qualities. As a Senior Programmatic Buyer, you will own account management, planning, setup, and activation of programmatic campaigns for your portfolio of clients. You will collaborate closely with your team to service different client teams within the agency. Your daily responsibilities will include campaign planning, oversight of setup, optimization, and reporting to meet client objectives. A successful candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective time management, with a primary focus on leading your team and working with client teams to deliver superior programmatic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide oversight of programmatic campaigns across various platforms to a team of specialists and traders.
  2. Lead discussions on potential campaigns and participate in new campaign briefings, including assisting with RFP creation.
  3. Manage projects and campaigns from initiation through planning, platform setup, go-live, and post-campaign reporting.
  4. Ensure media plan requirements are accurately communicated and entered into relevant platforms.
  5. Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, including planners and media partners.
  6. Lead post-launch audits, campaign optimizations, and pacing adjustments.
  7. Identify and resolve challenges or opportunities within live campaigns.
Qualifications:
  1. 3-5 years of programmatic experience.
  2. Hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360, Amazon, Teads, and The Trade Desk.
  3. Understanding of tagging, ad serving, and campaign management tools.
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical analysis skills.
  5. Desire for continuous learning and development.
  6. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  7. Excellent communication and writing skills.
  8. Leadership ability and strong attention to detail.
  9. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Additional Information:

The salary range for this position is $70k-$75k. Actual salary will depend on relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and other perks.
