Job Description:

Dentsu Programmatic is shaping the future of programmatic advertising and is looking for the next rising star to join the team. We seek a proactive individual who works well in a team environment and demonstrates leadership qualities. As a Senior Programmatic Buyer, you will own account management, planning, setup, and activation of programmatic campaigns for your portfolio of clients. You will collaborate closely with your team to service different client accounts within the agency. Your daily responsibilities will include campaign planning, overseeing setup, optimization, and reporting to meet client objectives. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills, with a primary focus on providing team leadership and working closely with client teams to deliver superior programmatic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide oversight of programmatic campaigns across various platforms to a team of specialists and traders.
  2. Lead discussions about potential campaigns and attend new campaign briefings, including assisting with RFP creation.
  3. Manage projects and campaigns from initiation through planning, platform setup, go-live, and post-campaign reporting.
  4. Ensure all media plan requirements are correctly communicated and accurately entered in relevant platforms.
  5. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, including planners and media vendors.
  6. Lead post-launch audits, campaign optimizations, and pacing strategies.
  7. Address and resolve challenges or opportunities within live campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in programmatic advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360, Amazon, Teads, and The Trade Desk.
  • Understanding of tagging, ad serving, and campaign management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical analysis skills.
  • A desire to continuously learn and develop skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Leadership ability and strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Additional Information:

The salary range for this position is $70k-$75k. Actual salary will be based on relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, among others.
