Job Description:

Dentsu Programmatic is shaping the future of programmatic advertising and is looking for the next rising star to join the team. We seek someone proactive, collaborative, and capable of leading. As a Senior Programmatic Buyer, you will manage account planning, campaign setup, and activation for your portfolio of clients. You will work closely with your team to service different client teams within the agency. Your daily responsibilities include campaign planning, oversight of setup, optimization, reporting, and ensuring client objectives are met. A successful candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective time management, with a primary focus on leading your team and collaborating with client teams to deliver superior programmatic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide oversight of programmatic campaigns across various platforms to a team of specialists and traders.
  2. Lead discussions about potential campaigns and attend new campaign briefings, including assisting with RFP creation.
  3. Manage campaigns from start to finish—initial briefings, planning, platform setup, go-live, and post-campaign reporting.
  4. Ensure all media plan requirements are accurately communicated and entered into the relevant platforms.
  5. Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, including planners and media vendors.
  6. Provide leadership on post-launch audits, campaign optimizations, and pacing.
  7. Address and resolve challenges or opportunities within live campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of programmatic experience.
  • Experience with DSPs such as DV360, Amazon, Teads, and The Trade Desk.
  • Understanding of tagging, ad serving, and campaign management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Desire for continuous learning and development.
  • Aptitude for building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Leadership ability and keen attention to detail.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Additional Information:

The salary range for this position is $70k-$75k, based on experience, knowledge, and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and others.
