Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale utility and infrastructure programs in British Columbia. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and teams across clients, engineers, and operations to deliver programs end-to-end.

You will develop strategic plans, coordinate stakeholders, and drive risk-based asset management and capital planning across multi-year roadmaps. Hybrid work with on-site collaboration in Nanaimo is available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in utility, infrastructure, or large-scale transformation programs.
• 12+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Holding a PMP certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of water utility operations, asset modernization, and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day delivery and manages scope, schedule, budget, resources, deliverables, risks, issues, and communications.
• Develops long-term meter asset management and replacement strategy with risk-based framework.
• Evaluates effects of the meter strategy on organization, governance, and service delivery.
• Develops project plans and delegates deliverables to stakeholders, including clients.
• Manages human and material resources to complete projects successfully.
• Monitors performance, reports on KPIs, and implements corrective actions.
