Job summary

CIMA+ is seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator with utility project experience to join our Vancouver team. You’ll drive success through coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery on complex infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams on complex infrastructure
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations (OSH)

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex infrastructure projects by coordinating cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality delivery on time and within budget
• Plan, lead, and monitor complex project activities to ensure alignment with defined benefits, resource allocation, and project milestones
• Develop and maintain key project documentation—including project plans, risk registers, communication strategies, progress reports, and close-out summaries
• Manage all phases of project delivery across multiple domains, including scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, change management, engineering, procurement, construction, stakeholder and Indigenous engagement, regulatory compliance, and safety
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients, contractors, engineers, and field teams through clear and consistent communication
• Establish and promote project delivery standards through robust analysis and continuous improvement
