Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, deliverables, risks, issues, workshops, data requests, and communications.
• Coordinate technical, operational, financial, and strategic workstreams into recommendations.
• Develop a long-term meter asset management and replacement strategy using asset age, condition, reliability, and lifecycle requirements.
• Develop replacement prioritization criteria, annual targets, program phasing, and an implementation roadmap.
• Assess organizational, workforce, process, governance, and service-delivery impacts, including internal versus contractor delivery approaches.
• Monitor performance against requirements, milestones, budgets, quality measures, and KPIs; address issues and manage scope changes.
• Prepare progress reports, proposals, and presentations, and lead stakeholder consultation and quality control.
