Job summary

Pathlion Staffing Careers is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to provide leadership for large-scale, complex initiatives that may span multiple jurisdictions and be enterprise-wide. The role focuses on delivering programs on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational standards.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage cost and risk, and report progress to senior leadership, ensuring governance and stakeholder alignment throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and overseeing program strategy from inception through to project close-out and transition to operations.
• Experience articulating executive expectations and translating into program deliverables.
• Experience directing, managing and leading multidisciplinary project teams across matrix structures.
• Experience monitoring cost, risk, schedule, governance and technical performance of component projects.
• Experience providing a portfolio view of inter-dependencies and reporting exposure levels.
• Ability to coach and develop talent; manage complex budgets with multiple funding sources.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management leadership for large-scale, complex IT initiatives that may be multi-jurisdictional or enterprise-wide.
• Ensure programs are delivered cost effectively and in compliance with methodologies, standards and frameworks.
• Coordinate stakeholder consultations and report to multiple stakeholders on progress and risk.
• Develop budgets and plans, and manage funding requests across the program lifecycle.
