Qualifications

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing complex enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of RAID, governance, budgeting, planning, and reporting.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or regulatory experience preferred.
• PMP, Scrum, or SAFe certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program delivery across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.
• Track scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to align priorities, expectations, and delivery plans.
• Prepare program status reports, dashboards, steering committee updates, and executive presentations.
• Facilitate meetings, working sessions, governance reviews, and escalation discussions.
• Coordinate with Product, Business, Technology, QA, Infrastructure, and Change Management teams.
• Support Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models based on program needs.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
