Key Responsibilities

• Program Management Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex programs and projects.
• Define program goals, milestones, deliverables, success metrics, and implementation plans.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and escalations.
• Drive execution excellence while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Management Collaborate with engineering, operations, product, support, and business teams.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution across teams.
• Operational Excellence Establish governance mechanisms and program review cadences.
• Track KPIs, SLAs, and program health metrics.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
• Risk & Issue Management Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Develop mitigation plans and drive resolution.
• Escalate critical issues with actionable recommendations.
• Reporting & Communication Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and status updates.
• Present program progress, business insights, and recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication across stakeholders.
