Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager (IT Staffing) to lead enterprise client engagement nationwide. You will manage Client Services and Sales teams, partner with Business Development to expand contingent labor and SOW footprints, and drive delivery excellence across MSP/VMS programs.

This role focuses on governance, KPI/SLA monitoring, and strategic growth with cross-functional collaboration and industry-leading workforce solutions experience.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in program management, client services, or workforce solutions.
• Experience managing large enterprise staffing programs through MSP/VMS environments.
• Strong understanding of contingent workforce management and staffing operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MSP relationship governance and act as primary Program Manager for the Client account.
• Drive delivery excellence, KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across client success, delivery, recruiting, sales, and operations.
