Job summary

Bevertec is seeking an experienced Senior Program/Project Manager in Ontario to lead large, enterprise technology initiatives. This hybrid role requires coordinating multiple interconnected projects, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering programs from initiation through implementation.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of PM discipline, strong budgeting and forecasting skills, and a background in technology modernization or digital transformation.

Qualifications

Job description

Ideal Rate: $125K- $135K (Based on Experience)

Hybrid- (2 consecutive onsite days every other week + 1 additional onsite day per month)

Must haves:

• 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience leading large, enterprise technology initiatives.


• Experience managing multiple interconnected projects/programs simultaneously.


• Strong background in enterprise technology implementations and systems integration.


• Experience integrating vendor-delivered technology solutions into existing business and technology environments.


• Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, technology, and operations.


• Strong budget management, forecasting, and financial planning experience for large programs.


• Experience with business process transformation or process engineering initiatives.


• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.


• Ability to develop and manage integrated program and project plans from initiation through implementation.


• Experience in technology modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise platform implementations.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with React-based or enterprise digital platforms.


• Experience in Financial Services/Insurance or other large enterprise environments.


• PMP or PgMP certification is an asset.
