Job summary

Pacer Group in Mississauga is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex IT projects and strategic initiatives from initiation through completion.

You will ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget while managing risks, resources, stakeholders, vendors, and executive communications. Hybrid work arrangement applies, with 3-4 days on-site per week.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Project Management experience.
• PMP or PRINCE2 Certification.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex projects and interdependent initiatives.

• Prepare project status reports, presentations, SOWs, proposals, estimates, and project documentation.
• Monitor project performance, identify variances and risks, and recommend corrective actions.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, audits, and project governance activities.
• Support requirements gathering, scope definition, effort estimation, and implementation planning.
• Conduct post-project reviews and mentor Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
