Job description

Candidate must work in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month.

Ideal Salary: CAD 110K-120K (Depending upon the experience)

Must Have:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in program and project management, with demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale digital initiatives.
• Post‑secondary education in Technology, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Project Manager are considered assets.
• Deep expertise in delivery methodologies including Agile, Lean, Waterfall, DevOps, and hybrid approaches.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and high visibility.
• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with a track record of building consensus, negotiating outcomes, and driving change.
• Advanced communication, facilitation, prioritization, and organizational capabilities.
• Experience in conflict resolution, process reengineering, and enterprise transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results independently or collaboratively in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
