Job summary

Vancouver Fraser Port Authority is seeking a Manager, RBT2 Program Integration to lead the integration of multiple workstreams under the RBT2 program. You will report to the President, RBT2, and ensure transparent communication, integrated execution plans, and proactive resource planning across teams.

The role requires a university degree and 5+ years in senior program leadership on major infrastructure projects; candidates with 10+ years are preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree with at least five years of progressively senior project management leadership experience.
• Preference for more than 10 years of progressive experience in major infrastructure projects.
• Experience integrating multi-disciplinary workstreams and governance reporting.
• Experience on multi-year construction projects over $100 million and complex governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of integrated program management deliverables.
• Develop governance processes to coordinate multiple workstreams and sub-projects.
• Create and maintain integrated schedules, look-ahead plans, and reporting frameworks.
• Monitor performance against baselines and provide governance-facing insights.
• Lead program-level risk management across all workstreams and interfaces.
• Oversee schedule control and change management to align with objectives.
