Job summary

VIA Rail in Montreal seeks a Delivery Manager, Infrastructure Systems and Integration to lead the integration, delivery assurance, and operational readiness of infrastructure systems across the LDRR Modernization Program.

The role coordinates interfaces among facility infrastructure, railway systems, IT, utilities, and security, while guiding cross-project integration from design through transition to operations. Requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure delivery and bilingual (English/French).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems management, business administration, computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• PMI PMP certification is an asset.
• Combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• At least five years of delivery or project management experience in IT Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration across LDRR projects, facilities, and workstreams.
• Coordinate interfaces between facility infrastructure, railway systems, and IT.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and handover to operations.
• Identify and mitigate cross-project integration risks.
• Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer for operations.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to define IT tool roadmaps.
