Job summary

Responsibilities

Accountable for safety and environmental leadership while on duty and ensuring proper incident procedures.
Provide direction to hourly workforce through direct supervision to complete production schedules.
Maintain correct manning levels and accurate timecards; complete shift summary reports.
Collaborate with plant supervision to meet production goals and optimize maintenance.
Support Production Manager and engineers by implementing process improvement actions.
Coordinate training for shift crews and investigate/process variables to optimize operations.
Champion housekeeping and adherence to standards; document and implement quick Kaizens.
Work rotating shifts in a continuous production environment.
