A leading automotive supplier in Chatham-Kent, Ontario seeks a strong Production Supervisor. You will manage the Production department to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety, while leading a team to meet production targets. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong track record in Continuous Improvement. Qualifications

• 4+ years of supervisory experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Preference for experience in high volume manufacturing.
• Proven experience working in a Continuous Improvement environment.
