You will partner with stakeholders to document, analyze, and improve business processes that support operational effectiveness, regulatory consistency, and customer service outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Five+ years in analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes.
  • Experience applying Lean methodologies and change management practices.

Responsibilities

  • Document, analyze, and improve business processes to boost operational effectiveness and customer outcomes.
  • Lead process discovery and design workshops, validate workflows, identify gaps.
  • Develop process maps, SOPs, and work instructions to promote consistency.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma tools, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methods.
  • Support process alignment during project planning, testing, and adoption.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups to build consensus and drive transformation.
  • Contribute to organizational improvements across regulatory programs and corporate functions.
