A Private Equity Supervisor will execute duties under guidance, oversee a team, and support NAV, fees, and audits. Strong finance background and PE exposure are preferred, with a path to professional qualifications.

The role emphasizes client reporting, waterfall calculations, and continuous process improvement within HSFT's structured development environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in finance; advantage if at administrator or investment manager.
• PE experience not required but a plus.
• Hedge fund experience is an advantage.
• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or Business.
• Desire to pursue accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn HS Financial Technologies proprietary systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and well organized.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexibly in a team or independently.
• Ability to positively influence team morale and collaboration.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior employees and share knowledge across the team.
• Act as a role model for HS Financial Technologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute responsibilities under supervision of PE Manager and Director.
• Lead capital calls and distributions processing.
• Manage reconciliations and aged items to resolution.
• Prepare NAV calculations and financial statements.
• Assist in fee calculations, P&L allocations and waterfall maintenance.
• Support audit processes and fund audits.
• Supervise a team of up to four Private Equity accountants.
• Enhance workflows and client onboarding activities.
