Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. (AFS) in Toronto seeks an experienced professional to manage day-to-day client deliverables for Private Equity fund administration, including NAVs, financials, capital events, and investor statements.

You will lead client relations, meet SLA timelines, and apply deep knowledge of PE fund structures and US GAAP. Mentoring staff and coordinating with risk, audit, and compliance are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA) with 8+ years in Private Equity funds.
• Knowledge of US GAAP for Investment Funds and PE fund structures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or MBA.
• Strong leadership, problem solving and client service orientation.
• Proficiency in MS Office including advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of day-to-day client deliverables for Private Equity fund administration clients.
• Maintain books and records, NAVs, financial statements and capital events.
• Compute management fees and carried interest; prepare investor allocations and statements.
• Coordinate year-end process with audit and tax teams; ensure SLA adherence.
• Mentor staff and oversee technical topics and client-related issues.
• Review governing documents and side letters for reporting impact.
