Job summary

Bluberi is seeking a Sr. PMO Project Manager to drive product delivery initiatives, special projects, process improvements, and operational readiness across the organization. You will coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Compliance, and Creative Services to ensure on-time delivery and clear ownership of deliverables.

The role emphasizes governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication, with responsibilities across lifecycle phases and continuous improvement within the PMO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in project management, coordination, delivery or product development.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in tech, software, hardware, or gaming.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, tools and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects from initiation through closure.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID, and status updates.
• Monitor progress and drive follow-up with stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Escalate blockers and propose recovery actions with clear options.
