Job summary

Zip seeks a visionary Manager, PMO to establish and scale its Project Management Office for enterprise deployments. You will define governance, standard methodologies, and delivery frameworks while mentoring a growing team of project managers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, technology consulting, or complex project management.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience, mentoring technical teams.
• Proven track record of building/up-leveling PMO in fast-growing B2B SaaS.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise financial systems, procurement workflows, or large-scale ERP methodologies.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship skills; able to influence at executive level.
• Thrives in high-growth startup conditions; strong analytical problem-solving and action bias.

Responsibilities

• Build and mature the PMO with governance models, methods, and tooling to scale delivery.
• Directly manage, mentor, and hire project managers, setting performance expectations.
• Own end-to-end delivery of high-priority enterprise implementations with hands-on execution.
• Oversee the global portfolio of active onboardings, monitor resources and timelines.
• Define and track operational metrics to optimize post-sales execution.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align deployment needs and feedback loops.
• Serve as primary escalation point for enterprise implementations to ensure client satisfaction.
