Job summary

FISPAN Services Inc. seeks a seasoned Manager, PMO to scale our Project Management Office. You will shape governance, build a multi-tier PM organization, and lead delivery assurance across Product, Engineering, and Finance.

This role sits at the core of bank-delivery programs and requires hands-on leadership during growth. You will drive governance, reporting, and playbooks that enable scalable growth while preserving delivery excellence and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program/project management, including 4–5 years owning a PMO function.
• Proven track record transforming or rebuilding a PMO’s operating model in high-growth environments.
• Experience designing tiered or portfolio-based resourcing models for scalable delivery governance.
• Direct experience with revenue recognition, delivery economics, or portfolio-value modeling.
• Strong people leadership across multiple PM levels with succession planning.
• Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Finance and Partners.
• Hands-on in build/rebuild phases; not seeking a fully mature, steady-state PMO.
• Excellent executive communication skills; ability to present portfolio options to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio governance for bank delivery initiatives, including intake, prioritization, and scalable resource allocation.
• Lead and develop a multi-tier PM organization with clear ownership and escalation frameworks.
• Own revenue governance and delivery reporting to provide a forward-looking view of delivery and revenue performance.
• Partner with Finance on revenue governance and scalable reporting practices.
• Establish PMO as a center of excellence with repeatable playbooks and service offerings.
• Develop succession planning and career development across the PM organization.
